1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any tool or page on Wilnexo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Wilnexo provides a collection of free online browser-based tools including, but not limited to, watermark removal, subtitle file conversion, and subtitle translation. All tools are provided free of charge and process files locally in the user's browser without server-side storage.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to process, modify, or distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization from the rights holder.
- Use the Service to remove watermarks from images you do not own or do not have explicit permission to modify.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the Service's source code for malicious purposes.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in ways that could damage or disrupt it.
- Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
4. Intellectual Property
All files you upload to and process with Wilnexo remain your property. We do not claim any rights over your content. The Wilnexo name, logo, design, and website code are the intellectual property of Wilnexo and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
5. Copyright Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable copyright laws. Wilnexo provides tools for legitimate use cases. We expressly prohibit the use of our tools to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Wilnexo accepts no liability for copyright infringement resulting from user actions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wilnexo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the tools will be accurate or reliable. Tool output quality depends on input file quality and browser capabilities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wilnexo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business.
8. Third-Party Services
The SRT Translate tool uses the LibreTranslate public API. Wilnexo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of this third-party service. Translation quality depends on the LibreTranslate API and may not be suitable for all use cases without human review.
9. Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
